Precision Engineering, Powered by 9 Pillars of Excellence.

P9e Microsystems keeps electronics, embedded firmware, control and software on a single bench — and turns that into products: Tejas for deterministic governance, Kavacha for zero-trust identity, Samavāya for enterprise operations. Aerospace, agriculture and energy sit under the group as separate companies.

What we believe

We believe in Excellence through Perfection, Expertise through Proficiency, and Efficiency through Productivity.

Our Effectiveness drives Performance, and our Evolution fuels Progress.

Through Empowerment and Partnership, guided by Ethics and Principles, sustained by Endurance and Persistence, and grounded in Empathy and Purpose — we engineer intelligence that matters.

The nine pillars, one by one
Why we build this way

Determinism first.

A multirotor is aerodynamically unstable. It stays in the air only because a control loop closes on time, every time. Miss a deadline and it does not degrade gracefully — it falls.

That is the discipline we build everything to. Bounded latency, reproducible behaviour, and a documented response to every failure — in flight firmware, in plant control, in the platforms our divisions share. It is a harder engineering standard than 'usually fast enough', and it is the reason the same bench can serve an airframe, a substation and a farm.

  • Bounded, not average

We specify worst-case timing, not typical timing. A system that meets its deadline 99.9% of the time has an undefined failure mode.

  • Reproducible by construction

The same inputs produce the same outputs, so a fault can be replayed, understood and fixed rather than guessed at.

  • Fail into a known state

Safe mode on a satellite, return-to-home on an aircraft, a fail-safe open contactor on a battery pack. The same idea, three altitudes.

Why the deadline is the specification

Both systems are fast on average. Only one of them is correct. In a control loop the deadline is not a performance target — it is the boundary between working and failing, and a system that meets it 'almost always' has an undefined failure mode.

How to read thisEach bar is one cycle of the control loop. Its width is how long that cycle took to compute. Each dashed line is the moment that cycle had to be finished by — its deadline.Deterministicboundedone cycle's workEvery cycle finishes before its line. The worst case is specified up front, not discovered later.Best-effortusually fasterthis cycle ran past its deadline — and made the next one late tootimeBeyond that point the system has no defined behaviour. A multirotor in this state does not slow down. It falls.
We built this as a product

Tejasतेजस्

A deterministic governance layer that any system can embed. It does not make a model deterministic — it makes the run around the model reproducible, provable and explainable, so the decision holds up when someone asks why.

Shared platforms

Thirteen platforms, built once, reused everywhere.

A firmware update path, a device fleet, a simulation rig, an interface contract. Engineered once to the group standard, then inherited by every company and division — which is the reason several deep-tech units can run on one bench.

All platforms
The P9e group

Six units. One bench underneath all of them.

Three separately branded companies with their own markets, and three divisions under the P9e name. What they share is not a logo — it is the electronics, firmware, control and software capability that would be uneconomic for any one of them to carry alone.

Shared, or stewarded — the ownership test

Built once for everyone, or one unit's product that another is buying? The first is a shared platform, funded centrally. The second is stewarded by the unit that knows the domain and licensed across the group. Stewardship is not ownership.

How we work

Engineering discipline, not enthusiasm.

The same four gates apply whether we are shipping a web platform, commissioning a pumping station or qualifying a flight controller.

  1. Gate 01

    Understand the constraint

The shutdown window, the certification date, the power budget, the system nobody can switch off.

  2. Gate 02

    Engineer to a spec

Requirements, interfaces and acceptance criteria agreed before build. Design reviews at defined gates.

  3. Gate 03

    Prove it before it ships

FAT, environmental qualification, restore drills, load tests — evidence rather than assurance.

  4. Gate 04

    Stay for day two

Commissioning, operator training, documentation and a support agreement that outlives the project.

A tick marks an active delivery practice in that sector. Most projects draw on more than one row — which is the reason they sit in one group.
